How To Get Long Hair

Hello!

Today I'm going to talk about long hair. The thing that I want the most this year is to succeed on having long hair.
So, for that I've been reading a lot of news and tips on Youtube and Blogs on the best tips for a fast hair growth.
Here are the best tips that I've read so far.

Hope you enjoy it.

Drink a lot of water and eat more healthy:
Eating less junk food and more healthy gives a healthy body and, also a healthy hair.

Get a shampoo and a conditioner that's right for you hair type:
And also massage your scalp for "waking up" the scalp and helps the growth.
Cuting the split ends:
If you get rid of these ends when they appear, it will make that the hair grows to "replace" the parts that were cut.
Avoid, while brushing the hair, to brush-it so hard that will rip apart from the tangles:
Almost every hair creates tangles that are hard to get rid of. So, with a comb - a wood on would be better to massage the scalo while doing it - try brushing the hair slowly without ripping a lot of hairs.
Also avoid washing you hair everyday:
If you have a long hair like mine and want a longer one, try washing it every 2/3 days. Washing the everyday, will remove the oil that helps the hair growing
Finally, before getting out of the shower, wash you hair with cold water:
The hair looks more shinny and it really works!

And now, for some home made recipes for helping this process. I've read some of them on the internet and I think that is really good and don't damage the hair - I've tried one time.

Egg Yolk and Olive Oil Mask:

Mix 2 egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then dilute in about a cup of water and mix everything.
Then, slowly massage the scalp with the mixture and let it set for 15/20 minutes and wash the hair.
Try this recipe once a month.

Banana Mask:
Pick a soft and ripe banana and mask it up into a paste - use a food processor to make sure that aren't any chunks - and apply to your hair and cover it with a plastic cap or bag.
To lock the nutrients, you can either wrap a hot towel around your head or remove the cap after 20 minutes and blow dry your hair long enough to help the banana set.
Wash your hair with shampoo and rinse well.
For good results try doing it once a week.

Egg and Yougurt Mask:
Beat your egg until it's foamy.
Then add the yoghurt and mayo, blending until the mask looks smooth. Massage your hair and scalp until every inch is covered.
To protect the mask, you can use a shower cap to prevent it from dripping and let it act for an hour.
Then, use cold water and rinse the hair with shampoo.

These are some of the tips for getting longer hair. I've tried the Egg and Olive this month and I'll keep using it until the summer and I hope to have great results.

Kisses! :*
