As you all may know sometimes I post some baking recipes and prepare numerous desserts. I'm a tremendous chocolate enthusiast and combining chocolate with dessert I'm in heaven!
Right now, as I'm writing this post, I'm about to finish my degree in university and I've been feeling a lot of stress and sometimes chocolate is my salvation! I've been eating a lot of fruit and some foods without sugar but sometimes I just need something like this!

Have you ever thought to yourself: "Man I would fancy a brownie right now but I don't want to waste a lot of time baking a big tray full of them?" Well, a few weeks ago I was craving something sweet to eat and went on Pinterest and found this AMAZING brownie recipe that I absolutely needed to try and share with you guys!
I modified the original recipe in order to make it a vegan recipe although if you desire to do the normal way you can check the original here.
- 4 tsp flour
- 2 tsp sugar ( I reduced in half, the original said 4)
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I used vegan)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- chocolate chips (optional! I used vegan chips)
Baking:
Start by mixing all the ingredient together with a fork or a spoon in a small (microwavable) mug.
If you optioned by adding chocolate chips you can combine them now.
Microwave the mug for 30 to 40 seconds.
Voilá! Enjoy the marvellous brownie with whatever you want! It's extraordinarily good!
