It's been a while since I've written a "What I ate today" and since I'm trying to eat healthier, I decided to share with you what I ate today.
Recently, I've been doing healthy meal prep and it's been helping me in not wasting any food and only eating the appropriate food proportions that I require for the day.
Today, I started my day with one slice of whole-wheat bread with no added sugar peanut butter, one sliced strawberry with orange juice.
This provides me with the energy I need for my morning workout.
For lunch, I made some cauliflower rice with some vegetables, boiled broccoli and a side salad. Might not seem a lot of food but it fills me up for 3 to 4 hours.
I didn't have plans with my friends today and needed to do some uni work so, for my afternoon snack, I decided to eat some vegan yoghurt from Alpro Soya with strawberries and a bowl of fresh watermelon
