Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding

Hi!
With the end of the school and the summer holidays near, I've been testing some new and exciting recipes that I want to incorporate in my diet.

I've been seeing a lot of excitement lately about this recipe called chia pudding and I decided to give it a try. I'm a huge fan of chocolate as some of you might know and since it's summer I want to have fun with some breakfast/snack recipes.
I've seen a lot of different types of recipes for this and I decided to mix some in order to achieve the one that I liked the most.

I hope you enjoy this delicious chia seed pudding recipe
made with soya milk as much as I do!
Ingredients

●  60 ml (or 1/4 cup) of Soymilk or any vegetable milk
●  15 grams of dried chia seeds
●  1/2 tbsp of unsweetened dry cocoa powder
●  1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
●  1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
●  1 medium Strawberry * optional
●  2 crushed walnuts *optional
●  a few chocolate chips * optional

Preparation

Start by blending the chia seeds for 30 seconds. Scrape the sides or until you see that the chia seeds are well blended. Then add in the soya milk with the cocoa and maple syrup together. Blend again until everything is well incorporated together and the mixture starts to thicken.
Pour the mixture into a jar or bowl and cover. You can either eat immediately or save in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Take the jar out of the fridge, top it with sliced strawberries and enjoy! I added some crushed walnuts, chocolate chips and a little bit of peanut butter just to add some texture and flavour.
