My 4 Red lipsticks for the Festive Holidays

Every time I think about Christmas and the month of December I think gold eyeshadow looks and red lips. I just think it captures the holiday spirit, don't you think?

So today, as it's just six days until Christmas, I’m sharing with you my top 5 red lipsticks of this year. I have four lipsticks to share that I've been using a lot, 2 being liquid and 2 being solid.

I adore wearing red lips during this time of year because I feel that not only finishes and provides an extra Christmassy look to the appearance.

The one that I've been wearing the most is the one by Renaissance Classic by Makeup Revolution. I simply adore this lipstick. The colour is gorgeous, it wears super nicely and I don't need to overcoat the lipstick to have that red lip finish that I like.

The second is my newest achievement by The Body Shop named Berry Glaze. It's not a matte liquid lipstick like I'm used to since it has a little shite to it, giving a shinier finish to the lips. It would not be my first option but I was talking to the shop vendor and she showed me this one and I really enjoyed. And because of the fact I already owned a matte liquid lipstick that I'm going to be talking about next, I wanted to try something new.

The third one is La La Land by Colourpop Cosmetics. I love the colour, I love the wearability of the lipstick, I just don't like the fact that you need at least two or three coats to achieve the perfect coat.

The fourth and final lipstick is, honestly my least favourite, but nonetheless, one that I've been using a lot lately is Velvet Matte by Essense. Don't get me wrong, I like the colour, is just the wearability that puts me a little off. If I apply it and drink a coffee, the lipstick will be almost all off and I have to reapply it a lot during the day, If it wasn't for that, it would be perfect. The colour is gorgeous!
