Happy Birthday to me!
I can't believe I had my 27th birthday yesterday!
It was unusual because of that's happening to the world ( and let me tell you, here in Portugal things aren't the best right now) so I had my birthday with just my family and then had a video-call with my friends on Discord.
It was very fun actually!
I also baked my own birthday cake! I followed a vegan recipe that I discovered on youtube and here's my attempt! I have to say that the photo doesn't do justice to the cake, but I didn't have the time to do a proper cake photoshoot!
It's a very moist vegan chocolate cake with a chocolate coconut frosting ( here's the recipe if anyone wants to bake it!) and some fruit for decoration.
Nevertheless, I had an amazing day and that's what counts, right? Having fun on your day with your friends and family and enjoying the good things in life.
