Who here loves brownies? Me too! And are you on a health journey like me? So, just for you, I have the BEST recipe! It's super easy, delicious, and only 70 calories for each piece!
Every time I do this recipe, I choose low-calorie ingredients so that each piece can be the lowest calorie it can be! So, make sure to do that in order to make these low-calorie brownies. This recipe is a modified version of this original recipe

For this recipe you'll need:
- 3/4 cup of low-fat vegan yoghurt ( I use this one)
- 1/4 cup of vegetable milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup 100% cacau powder
- 1/2 cup 0 calories stevia
- 1 flax egg
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Start by preheating your oven to 180ºC and greasing a brownie tin with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend everything until your batter is smooth and everything is well combined. Make sure to use a spatula on the sides to make sure everything is incorporated.
Pour the batter onto the brownie tin and, this is optional, place a few chocolate chips in the batter.
Place the tin in the oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take the brownies off the oven and leave them to cool completely before cutting them into 9 pieces.
