Today I'm going to share with you this very easy healthy recipe for your snack. I do this every day and I don't get bored of it!
I'm always super excited for snack time so I can eat this delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS
(FOR MY PORTION, FEEL FREE TO ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS)
- 200g unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (10% discount with my code ANABARONESS)
- 4g of spirulina
- 4 g chia seeds
- 4 g flax seeds
- 10g of natural peanut buter
- Fruits of choice ( I love using frozen strawberries and blueberries ).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by adding all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
- Add the yoghurt and mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Add the fruit of your choice
- Add the toppings.
- Enjoy!!
