Protein Yoghurt Bowl

 

Hi!
So, a while ago, someone on my Instagram asked for this recipe since I've been making this almost everyday for my afternoon snack for a few months now, and that's why I'm going to share with you this super easy healthy yoghurt bowl recipe . 
I'm always super excited for snack time so I can eat this delicious meal, but you can eat this anytime you want! Enjoy the toppings, you can use any yoghurt you love, any superfood, it's your time to be creative! Add more fruit, add syrups, cheerios, anything!

INGREDIENTS
(FOR MY PORTION, FEEL FREE TO ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS)

  • 200g unsweetened soy yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder ( code ANABARONESS for 10% off)
  • 4g of spirulina
  • 10g granola
  • 10g of  peanut butter ( I use powdered peanut butter)
  • Fruits of choice ( I love using frozen strawberries and blueberries ). 


INSTRUCTIONS

    • Start by adding all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
    • Add the yoghurt and mix until everything is well incorporated.
    • Add the fruit of your choice
    • Add the toppings.
    • Enjoy!!
